Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a great way to have your say and represent patients within Carnon Downs Surgery.

The surgery formed a Patient Participation Group in September 2011 which it anticipates will bring a sense of partnership between the Practice and its patients.

The PPG get together to discuss and provide feedback on services they receive from us. The group of patients also help us to spread the word about the changes coming to the surgery and make sure patients are involved in important decisions.

Your local surgery needs you!

We are always looking for enthusiastic and willing patients to give us feedback.

All registered patients are welcome to contribute to the Patient Participation Group but in the interest of effective decision-making membership of the Committee has been limited. Initially six patients, who are representative of the Practice population, have been approached and they will be joined by Dr Paul Cook and Mrs Sarah McCammon, Practice Manager.  The Group will meet about four times a year.
